Mentors

Lightning Robotics could not operate without the hard work and dedicated mentors. We are lucky enough to have a large group of volunteer mentors who work with our students to help the team succeed. Our mentors come from a wide variety of backgrounds and experience both technical and non-technical. 

Mentors guide and teach so that our students can take the lead and make decisions. 

All students - and espcially the student leaders shown below -- can count on our adult mentors. Some mentors work in a single subgroup, some in multiple subgroups, and all are ready to lend a hand when a student needs support.
